Bill Howe Family of Companies Extends Customer Service Training Program
San Diego plumber, Bill Howe, continues to dedicate resources to customer service training for field employees

July 21, 2015 San Diego, Calif. – Bill Howe Family of Companies has been one of the leading service companies offering highly trained technicians in San Diego plumbing, heating, cooling and restoration services. Since opening their doors in 1980, they have remained successful by delivering the highest quality of work and a dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences. In 2014, the San Diego plumber hired Barbara Khozam, an award winning Motivational Speaker and Trainer specializing in Customer Service, Leadership and Communication to help the company promote the highest level of excellence and customer experience in San Diego. Presenting several company-wide training sessions, Barbara has engaged and empowered the employees with the knowledge and tools to use while in the field. And, growing on the 2014 implementation, beginning in July, Barbara will begin intense small group and individual customer service training for the San Diego plumbing company.

Bill Howe Family of Companies Hires Customer Service Expert to Improve Company
San Diego plumbers receive ongoing training to improve customer service to support Bill Howe Mission

November 24, 2014 San Diego, Calif. – Bill Howe Plumbing has a distinguished history of offering the best in services for San Diego plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and restoration and flood customers. For 35 years, they have been industry leaders and set the precedence for service companies in their community. The Bill Howe Family of Companies recently hired Barbara Khozam, an award winning Motivational Speaker and Trainer specializing in Custer Service, Leadership and Communication. She has been hired to “educate and empower” the Bill Howe employees in San Diego. While Khozam will be instructing all the 142 employees, managers and owners at the San Diego plumbing company, the field technicians take away the most. Experts in their industries and trades and educated on how to repair even the most complicated plumbing, heating or water damage problem, they can be unprepared to deliver effective customer service and communication. The training seminars allow field employees to become comfortable and knowledgeable in how to engage with customers to uphold the Bill Howe mission: Provide every customer with ethical and high quality work and customer service always aiming for 100 percent satisfaction. And, with the assistance of Barbara Khozam, the Bill Howe Family of Companies seeks to update “satisfaction” to 100 percent happiness on every service.

The company will host Khozam each month at the company wide shop meeting and in the monthly office meetings. She focuses on teaching what great customer service is and engages employees in role playing scenarios to teach them how they can carry out these practices in the field and over the phone.
