I’ve had this dilemma for a while now.  I’m hoping I’m not alone.  I’ve tried different approaches and just don’t know the “correct” approach – if there is any.  Here we go…when someone has something on their face, like a piece of dirt, or a food or something, should I tell them?  I’ve always thought it would be nice to tell them since I would want someone to tell me.  However, a long, long time ago, when I did tell a gentleman that he had some food on his face, he got offended and embarrassed.
I’ll never forget the time when I was at an evening function, networking and eating dinner with the crowd.  Then I gave my talk, joked with the crowd and continued on with the evening.  When I arrived home after the long evening I looked in the mirror to find a huge dark thing between my front teeth.  There is NO WAY anyone could have missed it.  I was soooooooo embarrassed and I could not believe that no one told me.  So, I guess that’s got to be my answer and part of the KhoZAMitude way of life.  Now if I could only talk my husband into it!

Z-Tip:  If someone has something on their face that’s not supposed to be there, TELL THEM – nicely!  They just might return the favor some day.
