Happy Holidays to you! Thank you for continuing to come back again and again to read my thoughts on customer service and my tips on treating one another with patience, empathy, and kindness. And this holiday season, let’s put those tips to good use!
The end of 2021 marks an opportunity for looking back fondly on our accomplishments. May we look back with gratitude for our blessings and with appreciation for the lessons learned from our setbacks. The beginning of 2022 is an opportunity for preparing for a new beginning. As we move toward that new beginning, let’s embrace an “attitude of service” toward one another in all situations and circumstances—growing and thriving.
